FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most about certified translation, prices, ordering and delivery. If you cannot find your answer, message us on WhatsApp.

1 What is certified translation?

It is an official translation issued by a licensed translation office, bearing the office stamp and the translator’s signature, which makes it acceptable to government bodies, embassies and universities.

2 What is the difference between certified and regular translation?

A regular translation only conveys the content, while a certified translation is issued with an official stamp and signature that confirm it matches the original and give it legal standing before official authorities.

3 Which authorities usually require certified translation?

Certified translation is mainly required for government and international transactions, including:

  • Embassies and consulates (visas, Schengen and immigration).
  • Ministries and government bodies (such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice).
  • Universities and educational institutions in Saudi Arabia and abroad.
  • Courts, judicial committees and investigation hearings.
  • Large companies and investment bodies when documenting contracts or employment.
4 Are your translations accepted by government bodies and embassies?

Yes, our translations are certified and accepted by government bodies, embassies and universities within the Kingdom. We always recommend checking the requirements of the authority you are submitting to, and we are happy to help with that.

We translate academic certificates, birth, marriage and divorce certificates, contracts, medical reports, powers of attorney, court rulings, commercial registrations, financial statements and more.

6 How is the translation price calculated?

7 Can I send my documents electronically?

Yes, you can send a clear photo or a PDF of your document on WhatsApp or by email, without visiting the office.

8 Do I need to provide the original document?

In most cases a clear copy is enough, unless the receiving authority requires seeing the original.

9 How do I receive the translation?

10 Are my documents safe with you?
